HD Forest at timberland conference in London

This year, HD Forest decided to attend the Alternative Investment Forum 2018 event in London organised by the Arena International Events Group.

The topics of this year’s conference were timberland and agricultural investments. We decided to participate to promote Baltic forestry. Not only is the global demand for responsible timber steadily rising, the semi-natural forests of the Baltics also offer high quality timber with relatively low risk and excellent global market accessibility, but the Baltic forestland is also around three times cheaper compared to Scandinavian forestland.

The conference gave us the opportunity to present Baltic forestland as an attractive investment opportunity and made it possible to share and see the development of the newest research within technology and forest management practice.
