Forest industry is doing quite well

In Estonia "The foreign investor of the year" was Toftan Sawmill. There is also a list of the richest people in Estonia. Number one is Raul Kirjanen (226,7 mil EUR). He is owner of Graanul Invest. His partner Anders Anderson (176,3 mil EUR) has fourth place. When the forest industry is going well, they demand more logs from the forests which is good for our forest investors. We see quite significant Investments in the timber industry in Scandinavia and the Baltics as well as record high prices in Sweden for forestland, so still we see good opportunities for forest Investments in all three Baltic States.
